Carts
A typical coffee cart may sell espresso beverages both hot and cold, gourmet brewed coffee, smoothies and perhaps some cookies, scones, muffins, and other small grab and go pastries. A cart is more mobile and can typically be operated by one person.

Kiosks
A kiosk combines an espresso cart with the café atmosphere. A kiosk can merchandise additional items, such as panini sandwhchies, more pastries and a larger variety of soda and juices due to the additional storage, refrigeration and extra equipment. Although a kiosk can be moved, it is not typically placed in short term lcoations.
