Prospective franchisees should have a minimum net worth of $100,000 and liquid assets of at least $40,000. The total investment for a Seekers® franchise is approximately $250,000 including the franchise fee and some cash reserves to support the start-up of the business.

What are the ongoing fees associated with this franchise?
The ongoing Royalty fee is 4% of gross sales.

Is Seekers® a Public or Privately held company?
We are a privately held company that began business in 2001 as a response to the need in our marketplace and as an extension of the youth ministry the cofounders were leading. Franchising began for us in 2002 and was a result of people visiting our store in Cleveland, Ohio and realizing the need for this unique concept in their marketplace too.

Does Seekers® allow a franchisee to operate more than one store?
Yes. The qualified multi-unit franchisee would have a proven business background (preferably in multi unit operations) and have a minimum net worth of $500,000.

Can the franchisee be an absentee owner?
We require the franchisee to be an owner/operator of the store. Multi unit stores can be operated by managers.

What size market does this store need to operate?
Typical markets would have at least 30,000 people and a car count of 35,000 per day.

What's the size of a Seekers® store?
Typical size is 3,000 sq. ft.

How long does it take to get from signing the Franchise Agreement to opening a Seekers store?
